Build Your Own Curriculum

Many customers love the concept of being able to design a curriculum specifically for their company or team.

Bespoke curriculums have a number of benefits:

• You select the specific workshops you know your team will find most useful
• You choose the order in which they are delivered (allowing you to address you most pressing learning needs first)
• If you need to provide phone cover, or split the team into different groups (manager/non managers or first line managers/middle management are both common splits) the same workshop can be delivered morning and afternoon at a reduced cost (£999 instead of £598 x 2)
• Slides and handouts are branded with your company logo and colour scheme
• Folders are provided for all delegates in the first workshop
• Certificates for attendance are provided, and usually emailed to HR/People teams to be attached to employee training records
• Any company specific terminology can be used when referring to systems and processes
• Particular attention is paid to ensuring case studies relate to your industry/organisation
• You can schedule the dates and publish your curriculum in advance, avoiding weeks of the month you know will be busy such as month end. The dates can be pre-checked against annual leave
• The curriculum can be used as a matrix to view skills gaps and prioritise learning.
